Porter Square was founded by Gregg Lund and Eric Ng, two Yale roommates who met in 1993. After graduating, they moved together to Porter Square, in Cambridge, Mass., where they dreamed up new business ideas and imagined how they would help businesses take advantage of new opportunities. 20 years later, each having worked within a wide variety of industries and across every discipline, they joined forces—never forgetting where their careers began. They brought aboard a team of marketing, strategy, finance and design professionals, resulting in Porter Square Partners.

Gregg is an experienced executive, investor, and entrepreneur. He has served as CEO and CFO of numerous mid-market companies, leading organizations to grow through transformation, mergers, and innovation. Over the last 10 years, he has been involved in over $250 MM of acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.

Eric Ng | Principal

Eric is an accomplished marketer. His 20-year career spans organizations from Fortune 500 companies to technology startups. His work and prior clients include IMG, TBWA, Sprint, Via, NFL On Location, Novak Djokovic, Taylor Swift, Cesar Millan, the Indian Premier League, and several members of the Forbes 400.
